As Visual Design Lead, you will be responsible for driving the creative output across a range of innovative projects. You will play a crucial role in developing brand identities, creating stunning visuals for digital products and advertising materials, and providing direction and leadership to designers working on your project teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for scoping design phases of projects and representing the company at pitches and industry events as required.

We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer who blends creative storytelling with design precision. As a key member of Sprinto’s brand and marketing team, you’ll own visual design projects end-to-end — crafting impactful visuals that elevate our brand and communicate complex ideas with clarity. You thrive on structure, creativity, and craft, turning abstract ideas into compelling, on-brand visuals that drive engagement and business growth.

Lead the end-to-end visual design strategy, ensuring solutions are aesthetically engaging and accessible while aligned with business goals and user needs. Take ownership of the overall visual design direction across projects, guiding implementation of branding, product styles, and visual standards, ensuring consistency and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the ideation, creation, testing, and delivery of design systems and UI elements.
